I've always loved movies located in the Miami/Florida countryside. In fact, I have to admit that one of my favourite movies is the thriller The Mean Season. Another watchable example of this genre would be Just Cause, both based on John Katzenbach's novels. 

The Paperboy is based on a novel too, this time by Peter Dexter, and tells the story of a reporter (played by Matthew McConaughey) that comes back to his hometown to investigate a case, for which there's a man in the death row (John Cusack).

The list of names appearing in the cast includes Matthew McConaughey, Zac Efron, Nicole Kidman, John Cusack, Scott Glenn. Some of them specialized in this kind of movies (McConaughey), some newbies (Efron and Kidman), and some wonderful supporting actor (Cusack and Glenn).
